Chapter 19 - Backup Manager
As recommended in our Policies and Guidelines, all users should keep a backup of their own web sites. We've installed this feature to provide you an easy way to achieve this. This feature will zip the files of the chosen directory and upload it to your hard drive. Just click the feature and follow the instructions for a successful backup of your web pages.
When you are ready to restore your files, simply enter the backup feature inside your Control Panel and select Restore Backup and locate your backup file on your harddrive and click okay.
To date this feature does not backup any databases that you may have uploaded or configured. Thus, these should be backed up separately.
